3. Affairs related to the acceptance of international students.

4. Affairs related to the dispatch and acceptance of students to overseas training.

5. Affairs related to students overseas Japanese language instruction training program.

6. Affairs related to the planning and operation of other international exchange programs.

7. Affairs related to accepting exchange faculty members from partner universities.

8. Affairs related to support of international students.

9. Affairs related to holding different culture and international exchange events on campus.

10. Affairs related to English learning and study abroad support.
