〇The Immigration Services Agency of Japan began an Email Distribution Service from March 2021. This service provides things such as residence support and coronavirus information. There are plans to provide information on coronavirus vaccinations in the future as well.

〇The Immigration Services Agency of Japan has notified foreign students about various precautions regarding their residence. Please refer to the “Notification for Newly Enrolled Foreign Students” (PDF) below.

 

〇English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and simple Japanese versions of the “State of Emergency in Kyoto Prefecture for Preventing the Spread of the Coronavirus Infection” have been posted on the Kyoto Prefecture Website.
Also, a link to NHK World Japan: Multilingual Emergency Updates (information on disasters and corona in foreign languages) is posted in the foreign language page column at the bottom of the Prefecture Website’s homepage, and on each language page. You can find content such as news regarding the coronavirus in multiple languages, so please be sure to utilize it.
